BCM Radar is a modular software platform for automating various processes in the areas of BCM, ISM, compliance, (self-) assessment, and much more.
Current issues and regulations for companies can be efficiently implemented with BCM Radar, such as the new EU Supply Chain Act or existing obligations to protect data under the GDPR and to protect employees under occupational safety regulations.
The software can be flexibly adapted to business requirements and allows seamless integration into your business processes through configurable templates and functions. BCM Radar is scalable and can be used by small companies with a few employees to large corporations with many locations and employees.
Many companies still rely on Excel or similar tools for implementing IT compliance, business continuity, and similar topics. According to the recommendation of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Excel, which is not considered audit-proof, should be replaced as soon as possible. Replace your existing "Excel solutions" with BCM Radar and prepare your IT landscape for future requirements.
With BCM Radar, you benefit from a Single Source of Truth (SSOT), where all data is stored centrally and consistently in one place. This avoids redundancies and inconsistencies that often occur when using Excel files distributed across various computers in the company. Furthermore, BCM Radar ensures the security and integrity of your data through its audit-proof storage and GDPR compliance.

BCM Radar is excellently suited for managing supply chains – including recording processes and involved suppliers, documentation, and regular monitoring of measures.
Suppliers can be involved in this process through self-assessment, for example, via automated and regularly sent emails with invitations to record or update and confirm implemented or planned measures, up to reporting violations.
BCM Radar can be used for various supply chain requirements, whether for ISO 27001 certification, the new EU Supply Chain Act, or TISAX certification.
If there is an obligation or desire to conduct specific risk analyses (RIA), determine protection needs (SBF), or perform hazard assessments (GBU), BCM Radar offers many new approaches.
In addition to automated data collection, many employees of a company, even at different locations, can be integrated into these processes
Besides fulfilling legal requirements, distributing the workload among many employees creates informational and knowledge gains and provides timely, up-to-date data. Risk analyses can be established as a continuous workflow and are available independently of a specific deadline.
Operational safety encompasses all measures necessary to ensure the safety and functionality of operational facilities and equipment.
With BCM Radar, all resources and processes of a company can be recorded, regularly evaluated using the resubmission function, and measures can be initiated.
This includes, for example, inspections and maintenance of machines, tools, elevators, fire extinguishers, software, escape routes, first aid facilities, and other safety-relevant facilities.
BCM Radar is capable of handling data completely anonymously and in an audit-proof manner. For whistleblowing systems, which have been mandatory in the EU since 2024 for companies with 50 or more employees, access to selected modules can be created in the intranet without login, allowing employees to report incidents.
These reports are securely stored and can only be accessed by authorized personnel to ensure the confidentiality and protection of the whistleblowers.
BCM Radar has a very intuitive interface, allowing all modules to be used in the same way without additional learning effort.
With a highly efficient automated full-text search, users can immediately find their records and edit them in clear forms with logical field dependencies.
The intuitive drag & drop editor allows for the expansion and customization of modules to specific requirements at any time. Various types of interface elements are available for this purpose.
In addition to forms, there are many configuration options for search, search results, access rights, languages, labels, and more.
All data is always stored in an audit-proof manner; data is never deleted but stored in the database with a complete version history.
Audit-proof storage ensures data integrity, fulfills all legal documentation requirements, and reliably complies with regulatory guidelines.
For modules, various workflow functions can be activated, such as automatic email notifications for changes or overdue records
Access rights can be set up for all modules on records or even parts of records, allowing multiple employees to edit records while each sees only the information relevant or authorized for them.
The data recorded and managed in BCM Radar is available for further processing via a JDBC driver – for example, for further analysis with a reporting tool or as data for other systems.
Individual users can also download an overview of all data they have recorded in various formats (PDF, Excel, CSV). Authorized users also have access to download all data recorded on a particular topic.
The frontend of BCM Radar is 100% responsive and operates like an app on Android or iOS devices.
All functions are available in the mobile version just as they are in the classic browser view. Additionally, there are extra functions available only in the mobile version. For example, users can take photos using the camera to upload documents, document construction progress, capture evacuation plans, or scan barcodes.
With the invitation function, external users without an existing account can also be prompted to maintain their data.
For example, you can annually send the records for a supplier evaluation to your respective suppliers, allowing them to regularly update and confirm their information.
